The Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is an APICS certification program providing a common basis for individuals to assess their knowledge of the field of production and inventory management. The mission of the CPIM program is to educate individuals on the concepts, tools, terminology and integration of topics across operation functions.

This review course provides an intensive review of the certification topics for individuals who already possess basic knowledge. As the number of sessions is limited, this course combines self-study with the expertise of an instructor.  The program consists of 5 modules:   - BSCM Basics of Supply Chain Management   - MPR Master Planning of Resources   - DSP Detailed Planning and Scheduling   - ECO Execution and Control of Operations   - SMR Strategic Management of Resources To become CPIM certified, a candidate must pass an exam for all 5 CPIM modules.  The Certified in Production and Inventory Management program (CPIM) is an international standard for excellence in production and inventory control.
